Pee-Wee Golf Camp

Tired of trying to explain to your child why their brothers and sisters can attend Junior Golf, but they can’t? Well, once again, we will be offering a Pee-Wee Golf Camp. Pee-Wee camp will be open to those kids who are under the age of eight; it will serve as a “pre-junior golf camp.” This program is designed for the junior golfer that needs to learn the basics of golf. Our goal is to build a solid foundation, increasing interest in the game that they can draw upon as they get older and progress through our junior golf program. Lessons will cover the basics: Putting, chipping, full swing, and basic golf course etiquette/behavior. The camp will be held the first four Saturdays in May from 1:00-2:00 p.m. The cost per student will be $20.00. Registration can be done by calling the Pro Shop at (316) 721-4653, the sign-up deadline is April 30th. Any questions can be answered by contacting our Assistant Pro, Riley, in the Pro Shop.

Putting May 6th 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Chipping May 13th 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Irons May 20th 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Woods May 27th 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.*

*Following the lesson on May 27th, we will provide snacks for the juniors.

PGA Jr. League

The PGA Jr. League at Reflection Ridge is open to boys and girls under the age of 13. The PGA Jr. League combines a team format with the game of golf and allows team members to participate together in a scramble format. Every team will consist of 4 matches during game days, and the winners of each match will receive a flag. The team with the most flags at the end of the matches wins. The number of matches per summer will be determined by the number of teams in our league (last year there were 4 teams); a home & away match with each club. There will be one practice held each week for the juniors, and the juniors will all receive matching jerseys with numbers, balls, and bag tags. The cost for the summer program will be $200, with opportunity for advancement to post season play on an All-Star Team for a select few members of each club in the league. For 2017 there are currently only a couple spots remaining with the majority of last year’s participants playing again this year. If your child is interested in playing, please call Riley Seitz, our Assistant Golf Professional, in the Pro Shop at (316) 721-4653 for more information.
